With the theme of this year’s expo, “Go Green”, showcasing environmentally friendly products, Duro is supplying a 100% Recycled Paper Handle Bag to all expo attendees. “When we found out that the theme was Go Green, we knew we had to get involved,” said Chuck Kessel, VP Sales & Marketing. “Typically attendees carry plastic bags to hold all of the samples and information they accumulate at these shows. But this year, in keeping with the environmentally friendly theme, they will carry environmentally friendly bags.”

“Introducing greener alternatives to building and remodeling products is a giant step towards sustainability. But there are small changes individuals can make in their everyday life,” continued Mr. Kessel. “The use of Duro’s 100% recycled paper bag is a perfect example of a small change that could produce large benefits.”
These Handle Bags are made of 100% recycled paper which is exclusive in North America to Duro Bag. This paper is comprised of 60% post industrial and 40% post consumer fibers. The larger 1/6 size of the bag allows for more items to be placed in the bag, which also adds to source reduction.
