The Green Restaurant Association is a national nonprofit group whose mission is to help restaurant and food service companies establish recycling programs and efficient waste management and energy usage, in additional to facilitating green product procurement. The specific products that made the endorsement are the patented 1/6 Handle UpHandle bag made with 40% Post-Consumer and 60% Post-Industrial content fibers and the size 2, 3, 4, 5, ,6 , 7, 8 &  10 # sacks which are made of 30%-70% Post-Consumer/Post-Industrial content fibers. All of these bags are produced in a Chlorine Free process.  The paper bags, exclusive to Duro in North America, are the perfect choice for Green Restaurant Association members who are working to provide environmentally-sensitive alternatives in their establishment.
